This is all flat land. All those chemicals leaching into the ground. Banita Creek has decided to install solar arrays on rolling hills. Imagine the runoff from an event like this in Nacogdoches County.
Banita Creek Solar is currently working without a required floodplain permit in a FEMA-designated Zone A, a hundred-year flood zone. It's only a matter of time before something like this happens here.
